He is survived by: his daughter Cassidy; the parent of his child Suzi Blaker; his sister Patti-Jo Schoyer; his brother-in-law Robin; his nieces, Katie Young (Adam) and Meredith Schoyer; his great-nephew Parker Young; and his great-niece Isla Young.
The family has requested to please consider honoring Billy's life and donating to offset some of the financial burden of Cassidy completing her college degree.
