He is survived by: his wife Donna J Kelly; and his children, Joseph S. Kelly Jr., Shannon Kelly, Colleen Kelly-Angstadt and Sonja Gamble. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
