He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jr. Werbany and Helen Werbany. He is survived by: his sister Nancy Colloton (late Jeffrey); his niece Jennifer Eberwein (John); his nephew Jason Colloton (Nicole); and his great-nephews, Cody Eberwein, Travis Colloton and Wyatt Colloton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
