She was predeceased by: her mother Jessie Boleslawski. She is survived by: her husband Rick Moreno; her son Michael Moreno; her granddaughter Makaela Moreno; her father Richard Boleslawski; her sister-in-law Jackie Boleslawski; and her daughter-in-law Stephanie.

In lieu of flowers family requests donations made in Susan name to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
