She was predeceased by: her sibling Jackie Pinchac. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Smith, Sr.; her children, Jennifer Blackwell (late Orlando), Thomas Smith, Jr. and Kevin Smith (Julia); her grandchildren, Daja, Elijah, Raelynn and Logan; and her siblings, David Giffin, Johnny Giffin, Michael Giffin, Tommy Owens, Danny Owens and Kathy Owens. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made towards the funeral services.
