He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Louise Delaney; his children, Maureen R. Hamer and Michael R. Delaney; and his brother Richard M. Delaney. He is survived by: his children, Monica Delaney-Schlieman (William), Mary Lou Delaney (Robert Flosdorf) and Milissa A. Mateer (William).
