He was predeceased by: his parents, John William, Sr. and Magdelena Haren; his son Dennis Lee Harren, Jr.; and his brother John William Haren, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Gina; his children, Vernon Scott (Deanna) of South Brunswick, NJ, Michael James (Serene) of Kamuela, HI, Charles Edward (Jennifer) of Pearl River, NY and Asia Rae of Dallas, TX.; his grandchildren, Brittnay, Austin, Theta, Kaia, Michael, Charlie and Daniel; his great grandchild Ivy Lee; his sister Christine Haren; his sister-in-law Bonnie Sampson; his niece Antoinette Haren; and his nephew John William Haren III.
