She is survived by: her sons, Neil Small Jr. and Khalil Small; her husband Charlie Fitzgerald Gaither; and her sisters, Leslie and Maureen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, other relatives and many wonderful friends.
