It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen M. Foley of Sicklerville, New Jersey, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Foley. He is survived by: his wife Shelly Lucas-Foley; his children, Brianna Lucas and Kristian Foley; his mother Marie Foley; and his siblings, Joseph Foley (Maureen), Mark Foley and Linda Murphy (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
