She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell V. Starke and Patricia Marian Starke-Dworanczyk (Gibson); her husband George James Rodier; her brothers, John Micheal "Mike" Starke and William "Bill" Russell Starke; her granddaughter Sara Jayne Rodier; and her great grandchild Jai Daniel Rodier.

She is survived by: her sister Ramona Starke (Scatchard); her children, David G. (Tobey), Daniel G. (Diana), Dennis G., George J. (Theresa), Ruth (Ronald), Mark G. (Andrea) and Gregory (Danielle); her grandchildren, Christopher, Anthony, Bryan, Keith, Ronald, Shawn, Lisa, Chelsey, Lindsey, Gregory, George, Matthew, Kaitlyn, Thomas, Alexander, Kyle, Kevin, Christine, Dylan, Patrick, Timothy, Isabella, Jake, Benjamin, Andrew and Annamarie; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Michael, Anthony, Ryan, Stephen, Maximus, Olivia, John, Evan, Jack, Brynn, Nolan, Maya and Layla; and her sister Ramona Scatchard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Ruth's life will be celebrated by her family privately due to the healthcare crisis of COVID-19.
