He was predeceased by: his son Anthony Diaz. He is survived by: his wife Antonia; his children, Israel (Maria), Nelson (Nikki) and Irma (Ismael); and his grandchildren, Israel III, Jason, Nelson A., David, Yamilex, Brian, Ismael Jr. and Crystal. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Services and interment in Berlin Cemetery, Berlin NJ will take place privately due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
