She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Puca; and her siblings, Mary Lacer, Dominick, Joseph and Frank Agnesino.
She is survived by: her son Nicholas Susan; her siblings, James Agnesino and Rose Farrar; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Jr., Angela and Pamela. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
