He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth A. Johnson, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Louise E. Johnson; his wife Marsha Johnson; his sons, Kenneth A. Johnson III and Kevin S. Johnson; his siblings, Nancy Johnson (Don) and Bobby Johnson (Patty); and his nephews, Robert Johnson and James Johnson.
