He is survived by: his wife Sandra Clark; his children, Karen Bottino, Christine Storey, Michelle Acklin, Joseph Clark III, Steven Clark and Justine Clark; and his siblings, George, William, Thomas, Gregory and Christiana Owens. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
