He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne M.; and his sister Ruth Hickman. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph C. Hoffman, II (Lisa) and David Hoffman (Maribeth); his grandchildren, Nicole, Joseph, Michael and Pierce; and his siblings, Dot Bullock, Joan Fields, Cass Colna and Anna Brown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and his faithful companion.
