He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Dunn of Jersey City; his children, John A. Lucas, Laura A. Lucas Ragone (Daniel Ragone), Audrey P. Lucas and Lynne M. Lucas (James Staskel); his grandchildren, Lauryn Patricia Ragone and Daniel John Ragone; his sibling Thomas Tuzzolino (Fran); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Plummer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
He was chairman of Kennedy Healthcare Foundation for 6 years.
