He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Mulligan; and his daughter Holly Costello. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Clark-Keegan; his daughter Heather Furterer (Bill); his grandchildren, Cameron Costello, Dakota Costello and Mackenzie Furterer; and his stepgrandchildren, Skylar Amoroso and Robert Amoroso.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to National Scleroderma Foundation – Delaware Valley Chapter at 385 Kings Highway North, Cherry Professional Building, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034 would be appreciated.
