He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacqulyn Montgomery and Theodore Moore; his grandparents, Doris and James Montgomery; his aunt Carolyn Russo; and his son Jamison Moore.
He is survived by: his daughter Ash Yezuita; his wife Sandra Moore; his stepdaughter Michaela C; his grandchildren, Matthew, Anthony and Michaela Z; his aunt Susan Corrado (Stephen); and his cousin Jeff Russo (Matthew Corrado).
