He was predeceased by: his mother Aida Reyes. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Alves Soto; his father Efrain Soto Sr. of Puerto Rico; his stepmother Marta Soto; his siblings, Daniel (Tanya Soto), Frank Soto of Bronx, Yolanda Negron, Gloria Negron and Jackie Cabrerra; and his pet Sunshine. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
