He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis P. Sullivan Sr. and Mary Sullivan; and his siblings, Francis P. (Diane), Daniel J., Andrew M. and Patrick W. (Patty).
He is survived by: his wife Maryellen; his daughters, Amanda M., Lena T. (Stephen) and Maryellen (Gerry); his grandchildren, Taylor M., Stephen P., Alexis and Daniel; his great grandchild McKenna; and his sisters, Maureen E. Amoroso (Chris) and Patricia M. Christaldi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
