He was predeceased by: his parents, Levin Waters and Ida Cooper; his daughter Tachalla Harper; and his siblings, Jean Waters, Gloria Waters, Deloris Jenkins, Jesstine Holland, Eloise Artis, Levin Chuck Waters Jr., Harold Butch Waters, Franklin J. Jenkins, Jeffrey Edward Jenkins and Kermit Fredrick Waters.
He is survived by: his wife Dorinda Waters; his children, Sarena Thomas, Clifton Day Tanisha Day (Yolanda Day), Sicora Jamison (Tyron Jamison Sr.) and Tashay Waters; and his brother Armond Waters (Darlene). He is also survived by Grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
