He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Webb and Vivian Allen; his wife Patricia; his siblings, Oliver, Edward Anderson and Vivian; his daughter Lillian Webb; and his brother-in-law Vernell.
He is survived by: his children, Danielle and Kaliq (Aisha); his siblings, Calvin (Hettie), Amy, Yvonne, Mary, Sharon and Patricia; and his siblings-in-law, Robert and Delores. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
