He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Procopio and Marie Procopio; his wife Sharyn; and his sisters, Rose Bruno and Pauline Foderaro.

He is survived by: his siblings, Angelina Aquaviva, Dominick Procopio, Joseph Procopio and Leonard Procopio; his children, Rocco Procopio (Jennifer), Dawn Fritz (Brandon) and Cheri Wagenbach (Michael); and his grandchildren, Isabella, Ashlee, Grant, Brett, Baylee, Morgan, Autumn, Mackenzie, Alexander and Madyson.

Viewing was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John E. Day Funeral Home (85 Riverside Ave, Red Bank, NJ 07701). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua RC Church (121 Bridge Ave, Red Bank, NJ 07701). An entombment was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at the Woodbine Cemetery (148 Maple Ave, Oceanport, NJ 07757).
