He was predeceased by: his spouse Alice Hook (Graham); and his parents, Harold Hook and Ruth Hook. He is survived by: his children, Laurel J. Hook of Hillsborough, David G. Hook (Judy) of Keyport and Keith R. Hook; and his grandsons, Colin J. and Adam R. of Hillsborough.
