He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Mazza and Kathryn Mazza (Figaro). He is survived by: his wife Loretta Mazza (Sinclair); his son Geoffrey P. Mazza; his brother John A. Mazza (Jacqueline); his nieces, Jessica Mazza and Christine Levesque; his brother-in-law Herbert J. Sinclair (Alexandra Hahn); his niece Jodi Gardner (Erik); and his great-nephews, Jackson and Mason. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
