He is survived by: his wife Pauline Joan Newell (Secunda); his daughters, Pamela Newell Sullivan of Canton, MA and Ann Marie Newell of San Francisco, CA.; and his granddaughters, Katherine Murphy of Washington, DC and Charlotte Callaghan of San Francisco, CA.. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
