He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; his parents, Florence Poling and Abraham Poling; his sister Belle Herskovits; and his parents-in-law, Harold and Vivianne Meistrich.

He is survived by: his daughter Laura; and his sisters, Gussie Sevelow and Pearl Schakett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and lifelong friends.
