He was predeceased by: his fathers, Frank and Captain. He is survived by: his wife Ginny Mazza (Ellis); his daughters, Sarah and Maggie; and his siblings, Donnie Mazza (Carolyn) and Loretta Chebookjian (Harry). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
