We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2022, at the age of 84, Thomas L. Kosiba of Ship Bottom, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kosiba and Jenine Kosiba (Golembiewski); and his wife Dr. MaryAnn Kosiba (Skirka). He is survived by: his children, Thomas C. Kosiba (Jennifer) of Palmer Township and Suzanne Matuszewski (Henry) of Burlington, NJ; and his grandchildren, Tatiana, Lucas Matuszewski, Thomas John and Lindsey Kosiba.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sailing Heals which offers a day at sea for patients and caregivers.
