He is survived by: his wife Gail Cuttrell Wegge; his children, Cindy Sanders (Randy) and Richard J Cuttrell (Martha); his grandchildren, Richard P Cuttrell, Samantha M Cuttrell, William C Cuttrell and Lauren C Sanders; and his niece Lynda Wells. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
