She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Zientek; and her parents, John Kaczka and Mary Kaczka (Kos). She is survived by: her children, Mary Jean, Paul (Maryann) and Robert (Linda); her grandchildren, Stacy Puchalik (Richard), Christopher Zientek (Kristen) and Nicole Zientek; and her great grandchildren, Max Puchalik, Lucas Puchalik and Tyler Zientek.

In lieu of flowers, donations are kindly requested to be made to The Parkinson's Foundation in memory of Jean.
