He was predeceased by: his parent John McGovern. He is survived by: his parent Mary McGovern; his wife Jane "Jay" McGovern; his children, Jayne Unger (Christopher), Vincent McGovern (Joan) and Patrick McGovern (Susan); his grandchildren, Kathryn (Stephen), Vincent, Kelly, Sean, Moira and Daniel; and his great grandchild Jack.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Vincent's name may be made to Gift of Life Family House, 401 Callowhill St., Phila., PA 19123.
