He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his son Otis Jackson (Dana) of New Jersey; his grandchildren, Matthew Chad Sanders of New Jersey, Afrika Black of New Jersey, Kayla Millhouse of Florida, Ronald Millhouse of Florida and Nigel Millhouse of Florida; and his great grandchildren, Kaden Millhouse, Kailey Millhouse and Jamal Fiffer Jr. Ronald Millhouse. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
