He was predeceased by: Roger DiCenzo. He is survived by: his wife Julie Johnson; his children, Colin, Scott and Abbey; his parents, Richard Johnson and Audrey Johnson; his mother-in-law Sara DiCenzo; his brother-in-law Daniel DiCenzo; and also, Steven Johnson, Diana Johnson, Eric Johnson, Stephanie Fox, Lisa Fries, Brad Fries, Lynn Sheehan and Tom Sheehan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Neil's memory to Fox Chase Cancer Center, 333 Cottman Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19111.
