He was predeceased by: his former wife Jacqueline White. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his stepdaughters, Dina Wentzell and JoAnne Peterson (Don); his siblings, Joel Phillips (Maureen), Albert Herman (Ellie) and Judy Steinberg; his grandchildren, Ashley Beltrante (Tom), Elijah Robin Grewe and Lillian Annemarie Grewe; and his great grandchild Giavonna Rose Beltrante.

In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to Military Freefall Association, c/o Sgtm.
