He is survived by: his parents, Lucy Trendler (Michael) and Michael O'Brien (Susan Madiraca Martin); his brother Matthew; his grandparents, Lucy, Louis Gagliardi, Agatha and Michael O'Brien; his aunts, Theresa Colaizzo (Mickey), Lisa Gagliardi, Rita Gagliardi, Mary O'Brien Cabaron and Kathleen O'Brien Cowles; his uncle Terrence O'Brien (Rita); his cousins, Lucia Coia (Lou), Marisa Lloret (Samuel), Christina Duszlak (Stephen), Michael Colaizzo (Hannah), Len Polistina, David Polistina, Rita Polistina, Joseph Polistina, Terrence O'Brien, Jr. (Kristie), Danielle O'Brien Tansky (John), Kevin O'Brien (Shannon), Gabrielle Cabaron, Michael Cowles and Keenan Cowles; and his significant other Kelly Cease.
