We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2018, at the age of 84, Robert P. Welsh (Sewell, New Jersey), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Welsh and Jane Welsh (Drain); his wife Elaine C. Breedlove Welsh; his children, Edward "Cookie" Breedlove (Dolores) of Philadelphia, PA, Linda Gray of Woodbury, NJ, Caroline Gilham (Tom) of Austin, TX, Tammy Rommel (John) of Millville, NJ and Amy Breedlove; and his brother Clinton Welsh (Rae) of Ocean City, NJ.. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
