He was predeceased by: his wife Sonja Vogel. He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Vogel (Dan Ertz) of Woodlynne, NJ, Karen Vogel of Sewell, NJ, June Mary Hulbert (Chris) of Cherry Hill, NJ and Wendy Cristella (Mike) of Blackwood, NJ.; his grandchildren, Justin Hulbert, Sonja Kibbe (Bob Baum), Josh Hulbert (Veronica), Rob Ertz, Gary Ertz, Danielle Ertz, Mike Cristella, Jr., Zachary Miles, Florie Hulbert and Nicole Cristella; his great grandchildren, Peter Baum, Brandon Baum, Isabella Hulbert and Jackson Hulbert; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Hicken (late Bill) and Fred Slickmeyer (Maryann). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
