She is survived by: her spouse Donald Collins; her children, Ellen Tevis (Bill) and David Collins (Beverly); her grandchildren, Bill Jr., Timothy Tevis, Jonathan Tevis, Jennifer Sullivan (John), Krisiti Stauder (Tim) and Melissa Crandley (Charles); her great grandchildren, William, Ryann, Andrew, Meghan, Kyleigh and Brayden; and her sibling John Phaler (Betty). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
