She was predeceased by: her son Dennis M. Foltz, Jr.; her husband Dennis M. Foltz, Sr.; and her brother Thaddeus. She is survived by: her siblings, Helemarie Reavis (James), Lisa Kopaz, Mary Ward (Andrew), Jeffrey and Mark Zieminski.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Nancy's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
