He was predeceased by: his parents, Malton B. Moore and Phyllis Moore; and his brother Douglas W. Moore. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Moore; his children, Malton Jeffrey Moore, Jr. (Shannon) and Jason Moore; his siblings, Lisa Moore and Matthew J. Moore (Kevin); his family Seinfeld; and his son Dex. He is also survived by his family and the many friends.
