He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Johnston and Helen Johnston; and his brother Gary Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Gerry" Johnston; his children, Mark Johnston (Melissa), Shawn Tezak (Manning) and Jennifer Ward (Matthew); his siblings, Bill Johnston and Barbara Bordoni; and his grandchild Hunter Johnston. He is also survived by his 5 grand-dogs, extended family and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network at pancan.org/KennethJohnston.
