She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William W. Buswell and Mary E. Buswell; her husband John A. Kooistra, Jr.; her siblings, Jean Jones and John Buswell; her children, Lynn Higdon (Charles), James Kooistra (late Beth), Susan Neville (Paul) and Steven Kooistra (Christine); her grandchildren, Megan Thieme, Michelle Lundy, Katherine Ketterer (Matt), Alex Neville (Katie), Sarah, Haley and Daniel Kooistra; and her great grandchildren, Evan, Natalie, Liam, Graham Thieme, Maxwell, Camryn Lundy and Nolan Ketterer. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
