He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Denise; his children, Elisha Marie Elliott (David Charles), Victoria Lynn McDevitt (John Scott), Amanda Louise Plant (Allen Thomas, III) and Jessica Jean Fitzgerald (Thomas Ernest); his grandchildren, Madelyn Patricia, Alexander James, Lauryn Marie, Catherine Marie, Robert Allen, Matthew John, John James and Garrett Thomas; and his siblings, Michael Clucas (Marie) and Marybeth Phillips (Steve). He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
