He was predeceased by: his stepchildren, Eileen Vitola and Daniel Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Madeline M. Underwood; his sons, David Agnew and Howard Agnew; his stepdaughter Faith Underwood; his grandchildren, Laura Caputo, Mario Vitola, Jaime Underwood, Danny Hannigan and Joshua Underwood; and his great grandchildren, Madeline, Jackson, Lucy and Isabelle.
