She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Smith and Grace G. Smith; her husband Albert T. Grazionale; and her siblings, Phyliss Smith, Hamilton Smith, Shirley Brooks and Eric Smith.
She is survived by: her son Brandon Grazionale; her granddaughter Angela Scroggins; her children, Dante Grazionale (Renee), Victor Grazionale (Karen) and Angela Scroggins (Michael, Sr.); her sisters, Patricia McGaw and Sandra Hardy; and her sister-in-law Irene Smith. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
