He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Sara (DJ Mosley); his parents, Samuel Fratto and Katherine Fratto (Laury); his brother Phillip Fratto; his cousin Heaven; his wife Sandy (Masiongale); his grandsons, Kevin, Luke and Sam; his sister-in-law Mari Fratto; and his siblings, Glenn Fratto (Liz) and Kimberly Wozunk (George). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
