He was predeceased by: his son David Orapallo; his parents, Anthony Orapallo, Sr. and Theresa; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Patti Jo Orapallo; his children, Andy Orapallo, Alyssa Lynn Orapallo, Angelo Orapallo, Kristian Orapallo, Anna Maria Bonner and Anthony Orapallo; his grandchildren, David, Lilie, Giovanni, Mia, Anthony, Ian and Mercadies; his siblings, Angelina "Butchie" Ficarra, John, Nicholas "Nicky", Rose, Pasquale "Pat", Sabatino "Sal", Carmen, Maryann and Joseph "Bear"; and his daughter Patti Jo.
