He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Castellanos and Ana Castellanos; and his brother John Castellanos. He is survived by: his wife Yvette Castellanos; his daughters, Amparo Rivera and Angelica Monserrate (William); his granddaughter Analise Rodriguez; and his siblings, Joseph (Nancy Lopez), Louis (Lucy Castellanos), Gloria (George Lisicki), Doris (Joseph Straile) and William Castellanos. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many friends.
