He was predeceased by: his son Troy Polhamus; his parents, Richard Polhamus and Marie Polhamus; his siblings, Beatrice Frazier, Thomas Polhamus, Robert Polhamus, Ralph Polhamus and Theodore Polhamus; and his brother-in-law George Hronich.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte of Sewaren; his children, Glenn Polhamus of Sewaren and Darlene Polhamus (Kym Kosinski) of Port Reading; his granddaughter Rachel Polhamus; his great grandchild Chase Jacob; and his brother-in-law Robert Fedison of Sewaren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
